When East End Foods Plc wanted to launch Shimla Beer, an authentic Indian beer they knew it would have to have significant shelf presence to stand out next to the market leaders.

How? We started with the right ingredients; a great tasting beer inspired by a traditional recipe, originating back to the days of the British Raj. 

The challenge was to tell the brand story, balancing authenticity with a visual language which would appeal to a broad demographic. The result is an honest, engaging brand narrative that combines traditional illustration and vibrant modern colours for maximum standout in the beer chiller.
